I just completed a webinar this week with Dr. Richard Yennie covering acupuncture and microcurrent treatment protocols for treatment of allergies and addictions. We got great feedback on it. Here is one chart from the webinar showing smoking cessation acu-points. If you were on the webinar or heard the recording, please post your comments here.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome tx with Microcurrent
Saturday, October 17th, 2009I just got this note this morning from an acupuncturist who was treated for this condition:
“I have had an acute onset of IBS with lots of pain around my descending colon recently. After a session with Teri and receiving a polarized treatment with microcurrent, the pain diminished by 95%. I contribute these remarkable results to her alligning my polarity between Du 20 (positive) and Du 2 (negative) and stimulating the UB 52 with positive probe and UB 62 (or the most sensitive point around UB 62) with negative probe. Teri muscle tested me first to make sure that the polarity orientation was correct. The end result was quite remarkable. Thank you, Teri. And the results have been lasting (five days later, I still feel the good results of the treatment).”

Have you experienced IBS or treated patients with this condition? What has worked for you? I would love it if you would share your experiences.

Dr. Metcalf is a veterinarian from Prescott, AZ who offers holistic healing to his canine clients. He does acupuncture, osteopathic manipulation and Microlight therapy. He came to my Phoenix seminar last July and told me about some amazing results he was having. I asked if I could drive up and film him at work, and he said yes. Here’s what I captured for your viewing pleasure.

Here’s a short video of Pamella Wallach, who has practiced acupuncture for 18 years and has taught at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture for 11 years. She talks about how she uses the Acutron unit for pain relief in her practice in spite of not being a “machine person”.
